Users connect to IRC but don't see each other.

Users connect but don't see each other. Ergo shows users as connected but they appear offline to each other.

This is normal Ergo behavior with built-in bouncer. Users can appear connected even when temporarily disconnected.

This is expected behavior, not an error. Ensure users are in the same channel and check their IRC client settings.

Troubleshooting steps:

1. Verify users are in the same channel (e.g., #general)
2. Check IRC client for connection status
3. Review Ergo logs: `docker logs folkzone_irc_ergo`
4. Ensure channel auto-join is configured in config.js
