What It Does
Lemmy is a federated link aggregation and discussion platform, similar to Reddit but decentralized. Users can create communities, share links, and discuss topics across different instances.

- folkzone-lemmy-backend: Rust backend API server
- folkzone-lemmy-ui: React frontend web interface
- folkzone-lemmy-db: PostgreSQL database for posts, comments, and user data
- folkzone-lemmy-pictrs: Image hosting and processing service
Configuration
The instance uses Pictrs for image storage with GIF support enabled. Configuration is managed via ./lemmy/lemmy.hjson. Federation is enabled through ActivityPub.
